Our visitor guidelines

At Saint Anne’s Hospital, we know visitors can have a healing effect on patient care. That’s why we encourage our patients’ loved ones to visit. It’s a healthy experience for everyone!

When you visit, here are some guidelines:

  • Please perform hand hygiene upon entering the hospital. Hand sanitizer is available at all entrances.
  • Masks are voluntary. However, for everyone’s safety, please wear a mask in the hospital if:
    • in the past 10 days, you have had COVID-19, or if you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19.
    • you have any respiratory symptoms.
    • you prefer to wear a mask. Masks are available to any patient or visitor who chooses to wear one.

Saint Anne’s Hospital is a place of healing. Please be respectful of staff, patients, and other visitors at all times.

Please let us know if you need any assistance during your visit. If you need guidance to your hospital destination or an escort to your vehicle, or have questions, please ask a member of our team. We’re happy to help.
