Hudner Oncology Center at Saint Anne’s Hospital offers “Conversations” for women

Weekly forum open to all women with a cancer diagnosis

Fall River, MA – The Hudner Oncology Center of Saint Anne's Hospital Regional Cancer Center invites women living with a cancer diagnosis to take part in “Conversations,” a new education and support program designed to address these patients’ special needs.

Open to women with any cancer diagnosis, this new weekly group alternates programs that provide valuable information about women’s cancer care with a comfortable forum for sharing experiences, fears and insights. It is co-facilitated by an experienced oncology-certified registered nurse and master’s-level oncology social worker.

“Conversations” meets weekly on Thursdays from 4-5 p.m. at Saint Anne’s Hospital. Advance registration is not required; drop-ins are welcome. There is no charge. For more information, contact Kelly Sheehan, MSW, LCSW, 508-674-5600, ext. 2277.
