From Providence, RI/points west

Route I-195 East from Providence toward Fall River. Follow to the first exit after the Braga Bridge in Fall River (Massachusetts Exit 5 - Route 138 south).  Bear right off exit onto Milliken Boulevard. At light, go straight to the top of the hill. Bear right onto South Main Street. Saint Anne's Hospital is on the left at the first set of traffic lights, at the intersection of Middle and South Main Streets.

From Cape Cod-New Bedford, MA/points east

Route I-195 West to Exit 7 (Plymouth Ave.) and follow to traffic lights at bottom of exit.
Go left on Plymouth Ave.
Follow for ½ mile to third set of traffic lights at top of hill (Lyon St.).
Go right on Lyon St. and follow to stop sign (intersection with Second St.).
Continue across intersection to Middle St. and follow Middle St., almost to traffic lights.
Hospital entrances are on the left.

From Newport, RI/points south

Route 24 north to junction with I-195 in Fall River.
I-195 West to Exit 7 (Plymouth Ave.) and follow to traffic lights at bottom of exit.
Go left on Plymouth Ave.
Follow for ½ mile to third set of traffic lights at top of hill (Lyon St.).
Go right on Lyon St. and follow to stop sign (intersection with Second St.).
Continue across intersection to Middle St. and follow Middle St., almost to traffic lights.
Hospital entrances are on the left.

From Boston-Taunton, MA/points north

Route 24 South to Fall River to I-195 West. (Go right at split).
Take Exit 7 (Plymouth Ave.) and follow to traffic lights at bottom of exit.
Go left on Plymouth Ave.
Follow for ½ mile to third set of traffic lights at top of hill (Lyon St.).
Go right on Lyon St. and follow to stop sign (intersection with Second St.).
Continue across intersection to Middle St. and follow Middle St., almost to traffic lights.
Hospital entrances are on the left.

Emergency Department

For all emergency walk-in services, please use our Emergency Department entrance on Middle Street, near Forest Street.  Reserved parking for emergency patients is available in the Medical Office Building parking lot on Middle Street, just behind the Emergency Department.

Use the main hospital entrance on South Main Street for:

  • All inpatient care units in all hospital locations, including the Patient Pavilion.  These units include St. Jude intensive care unit, St. James, St. Nicholas (pediatrics), St. Dominic, St. Mary, Sacred Heart (telemetry), and St. Anthony (geriatric psychiatry).  
  • ATM
  • Cafeteria
  • Cashier’s office
  • Credit office
  • Day Surgery
  • Diagnostic Imaging Services (X-ray, cardiology testing, CT, MRI, PET/CT, nuclear medicine, ultrasound)
  • Robert F. Stoico/FIRSTFED Center for Breast Care
  • Gift shop
  • Laboratory
  • Main reception and Patient Information
  • Medical Records
  • Outpatient Lab
  • Pain Management Center
  • Patient Registration
  • Pulmonary services
  • Speech Therapy

Use the Clemence Hall entrance on Forest Street or Hudner Oncology Center entrance on Osborn Street for:

  • Cancer Registry
  • Community and Social Work Services/Youth Trauma Program
  • Conference rooms: Nannery Conference Room (Room 134, first floor) and Valcourt Conference Room (Room 326, third floor)
  • Employee Health 
  • Human Resources
  • Information Services
  • Medical Staff Office
  • Professional Practice, Research and Development
  • Quality and Safety
  • Spiritual Care
  • Strategic Communications

Use the Hudner Oncology Center entrance on Osborn Street for:

  • All Hudner Oncology Center services
  • Wheelchair accessibility to all services in Clemence Hall

Parking

Valet parking: For your convenience, all patients and visitors at Saint Anne's Hospital are welcome to use our FREE valet parking and patient drop-off service, Monday-Friday, at:

  • The hospital main entrance on South Main Street
  • The Hudner Oncology Center on Osborn Street

A specially trained valet will give you a claim ticket for your automobile keys, then park your car in a specially designated hospital lot that is patrolled regularly by hospital security personnel.  Valet ambassadors also will be happy to assist you with wheelchairs or direct or drive you to your destination.

Limited on-site parking is also available for hospital patients in these locations:

  • The "Blue Lot" on South Main Street
  • The front section of the Medical Office Building lot at the corner of Osborn and Forest streets (across from Clemence Hall).  Access to this lot is via Osborn Street.

Parking for Emergency Department patients is available in the specially designated area of the Medical Office Building lot, at the corner of Middle and Forest streets, with access from Middle Street.  Please park in spots reserved for ER patients/families.

Limited street parking is available on neighboring South Main and Middle streets.
