Craig Jesiolowski, President, Saint Anne's Hospital 

Craig A. Jesiolowski, FACHE - President

Named President of Saint Anne’s Hospital in 2010, Jesiolowski has more than 20 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience. Prior to coming to Saint Anne’s, he was New England Regional Vice President for Quorum Health Resources (QHR), responsible for the operations and performance of eight hospitals in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. During that time, he also served as interim CEO on three different occasions, leading turnaround efforts for financially challenged hospitals within QHR. Prior to joining QHR, Jesiolowski served four years as CEO of Gibson Area Hospital and Health Services in Gibson City, Illinois, and three years as CEO of White County Hospital in Carmi, Illinois. Jesiolowski is a graduate of the University of Illinois and earned a master’s degree in health administration from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri.

  Wendy R. Bauer, MSW

Wendy R. Bauer, MSW - Director, Strategic Communications

Director of strategic communications at Saint Anne’s since 1998, Bauer previously was director of marketing, development and managed care at the May Institute. In this position, Bauer served as a project developer/manager for new services, including inpatient adolescent psychiatric units, and the creation of the Fernandes Center for Children & Families at Saint Anne’s Hospital.

Previously, Bauer was assistant vice president for marketing, Northeast region, at MENTOR Clinical Care, a rehabilitation and behavioral health care provider with locations in 15 states. She also served as a regional vice president and divisional director at MENTOR where she had a lead business development and operations role for creation of the organization’s brain injury rehabilitation services in three states and the creation of specialized services for medically fragile children and dually diagnosed adults. She served as the chair of the Massachusetts Brain Injury Association annual conference and invited presenter at numerous related professional conferences during this time of rapid change in brain injury rehabilitation practices. Bauer began her professional career as the director of an independent living program for young adults with developmental disabilities in California.

Bauer earned her undergraduate degree at the University of California at Berkley and holds a master's degree in social work administration from the University of California at Los Angeles. An avid participant in community organizations, she is immediate past chair and current member of the Executive Council of the Women’s Fund of Southeastern Massachusetts and a member of the New Bedford Economic Development Council.

 Carole Billington, Chief Nursing Officer, Saint Anne's Hospital

Carole A. Billington, RN, MSN, NEA-BC - Vice President, Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer

Named vice president of patient care services/chief nursing officer in 2009, Billington has served in progressively responsible positions across various programs and departments at Saint Anne's Hospital since 1984, beginning as a staff nurse on the former surgical/oncology and surgical intensive care units, and advancing as a clinical advisor, clinical resource coordinator, patient care director of peri-anesthesia services, director of surgical services/endoscopy and cardiovascular program, and administrative director of clinical operations.

Billington earned her bachelor of science degree in nursing at the University of New Hampshire in 1984 and her master of science in nursing from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth in 2008. Her board certifications include Nursing Administration and Nurse Executive, Advanced.

A member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing/Theta Kappa Chapter and Executive Board member, she is a member of the Massachusetts Organization of Nurse Executives, the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth College of Nursing Advisory Board, the Bristol Community College Advisory Board, and the American Organization of Nurse Executives.

 Michael Bushell, vice president, finance, Saint Anne's Hospital

Michael Bushell, MBA - Vice President, Finance

Bushell joined Saint Anne’s Hospital in 1999 as its director of finance and was named vice president of finance in 2007. He previously served as director of budget for UMass Memorial Medical Center from 1997 to 1999 and assistant director of finance for Hillhaven Corporation from 1994 to 1997.

Bushell earned his bachelor of science degree in accounting from the former Southeastern Massachusetts University and his master’s degree in business administration from Bentley College.

An active member in the Healthcare Finance Managers Association, he is a graduate of the Leadership South Coast program.

 Sandra Dellicker, Director, Human Resources, Saint Anne's Hospital

Sandra Dellicker, Director, Human Resources

Appointed to Saint Anne’s Hospital’s Senior Leadership Team in January 2015, Dellicker has served in professional human resources roles for nearly 20 years. Prior to her appointment at Saint Anne’s, she was a member of the Human Resources leadership team at Lifespan, Providence, RI, overseeing HR operations for more than 3,000 employees. During her tenure at Lifespan, she served as human resources manager for the Miriam Hospital and Lifespan Physician Group. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a degree in human resources, Dellicker is a member of the Association for Healthcare Human Resources Administration of Rhode Island, a chapter of the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration – Region 1.
 Wayne T. Dodwell, FACHE

Wayne T. Dodwell, FACHE - Vice President, Strategic and Business Development

Named vice president for strategic and business development at Saint Anne’s Hospital in August 2015, Dodwell brings more than 30 years of health care administrative experience to his position in returning to Steward Health Care System. He previously served as business development director for Saint Anne’s and Norwood hospitals. Dodwell’s career experience includes work in both community hospitals, as well as large academic medical centers in physician practice and hospital operations management. During his career, he has held a number of progressively responsible management positions, including department director, vice president and CEO positions. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, he holds a bachelor’s degree in medical technology and a master’s degree in health services administration. Dodwell is also a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives

Harvey Kowaloff, MD, MMM

Harvey Kowaloff, MD, MMM - Vice President, Medical Affairs

Appointed in September 2011, Dr. Kowaloff brings more than 15 years of experience as a physician executive. His expertise extends from administrative management to hospital clinical quality and patient safety, medical management, hospital-physician alignment, and medical staff affairs. Kowaloff also practiced as an internist for more than 20 years, and was employed as chief medical officer at Saint Vincent's Hospital and UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, Massachusetts, and Jordan Hospital in Plymouth.

Kowaloff earned a medical degree from Northwestern University and a master’s in medical management from Tulane University School of Public Health. He completed his residency in internal medicine and served as chief resident in internal medicine at the University Hospital, Boston. Massachusetts. He was also a research fellow at the Cardiovascular Institute, Boston University School of Medicine.
